Green Aura FX Return Policy

 

At Green Aura Effect we understand that all solutions vary between patients and clients. What works for one may not work for the next, therefore we will seek out the right one for you. Our exchange and return policy are based on Green Aura customer satisfaction_ guaranteed. 

 

✅Exchange or return any unopened or use product within 3 days.

✅If you have opened the product and are unsatisfied in any way, it may be exchanged for a replacement at the dispensary of purchase within 7 days. The product can be replaced, or a credit may be applied to the account for the next purchase. 

 ✅Green Aura Effect only replace manufacturer-related defects or failures on medicinal products (this excludes devices). Any products that are damaged due to user error, negligence, or misuse cannot be replaced, exchanged, or returned. 

✅Green Aura FX is unable to accept returns for empty pods or cartridges.

✅Most devices offer 1-year manufacturer warranties, such as PAX Era or G-Pen devices, these returns must be submitted through the manufacturer.

✅All manufacturer defects must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.

✅Flower products are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with a product, please email our Patient Care Team at solutions@greenaurafx.com. In your email include your first and last name,  a description of the product issue, and any available product photos.

To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt.  All non-damaged cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. 

  All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Green Aura Effect. Refunds are not permitted.
